Container/Tube:  Clean container

Specimen Volume:  50 mL

Specimen Minimum Volume: 20mL

Collection Instructions:

   1.  Send specimen in a plastic container with lid securely attached.

   2.  Place patient label on container, NOT on lid

   3.  No preservatives

   4.  Refrigerate Specimen after collection

   5.  Specimens are stable for 14 days refrigerated
